- Please be sure to leave your passport information at the time of booking as admission to the park requires verification of ticket and identity information, otherwise we will not be able to purchase tickets for you.
- All guests under the same voucher must enter the park together
- Please present the original, valid physical ID/travel documents/passport and voucher at the main entrance to redeem Shanghai Disneyland ticket. The park staff will scan the related document and provide the physical ticket
- For Mainland China guests: Please bring your PRC Resident ID Card. For Hong Kong and Macao guests: Please bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents. For Taiwan guests: Please bring a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, PRC Travel Document or Mainland Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents
