- Participants are fully responsible for the care and condition of the equipment allocated to them. In cases of damage or loss caused by negligence or failure to follow instructions, the company reserves the right to charge the participant for repair or replacement costs
- The tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to proceed. In the unlikely event that a tour is canceled, participants will be notified in advance and offered an alternative date, a different tour option, or a full refund
